Invasion of the Yellow Flag Iris

The Grade 7/8s spent this morning removing Yellow Flag Iris from the Creston Wildlife Management Area! Students removed what must have been about 600lbs of Iris pseudacorus from the wetlands - and only a few of them got stuck in the mud. *Alright - everyone did - along with Mr. C.* Many thanks to Carla and the staff at the Discovery Centre!
